Discover the full potential of one of the most versatile tools in woodworking—the router. In this comprehensive one-day workshop, we’ll cover everything you need to know to confidently use a router for a wide range of applications, from beginner basics to advanced techniques.

You’ll start with the fundamentals: safe operation, setup, maintenance, and bit selection. Explore decorative edge profiles, precision joinery, and the practical uses of various bits. Then, dive into more advanced skills like template routing, jig making, and techniques for using a router table effectively.

This workshop is perfect whether you're new to woodworking or looking to refine and expand your skills. By the end of the day, you'll have hands-on experience and the know-how to elevate your projects with precision and creativity.

There will be a 30 minute lunch break period provided during the day. Class typically runs from 9am-4pm

*Please note that we previously offered a beginner and advanced classes separately, this class is an enhanced combination of these two workshops, and is perfect for a refresher and upskilling experience for those who have attended either workshops.

Booking Confirmation
Full payment is required to confirm your spot in any workshop. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details. Participants must meet the age requirements listed on the class booking page.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your booking at any time, however we do not offer refunds or exchanges on bookings (30 days or less from the workshop start date) should your circumstances change and you are no longer able or willing to attend. However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded, and you are entitled to a refund if the service is not provided as described or is defective.

No-Shows
No refunds or rescheduling for no-shows on the day of the workshop.

Workshop Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or a rescheduled date.
