2. Eligibility

3. Class Bookings and Attendance

We offer a variety of woodworking classes for different skill levels. By enrolling in a class, you agree to the following terms:

a) Booking Requirements

  • Class sizes are limited and must be booked in advance via our website.
  • You must provide accurate personal information when making a booking, including your name and contact details.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the class.

b) Non-Refundable Bookings

Due to the small size of our classes and the demand for spots, we do not offer refunds for class bookings if you change your mind or are no longer able to attend.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may transfer your booking to another individual. Please notify us at info@adelaideschoolofwoodwork.com.au of the name change before the class begins.

c) Class Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability or low enrollment), you will be offered one of the following options:

  • A credit towards a future class,
  • A full refund, or
  • A re-booking for another class date.

4. Product Orders and Payment

When purchasing products or materials through our website, you agree to the following terms:

a) Payment Terms

  • All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
  • Payments must be made via the payment methods specified during checkout, and full payment is required to confirm your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

b) Shipping

  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. These estimates are based on the shipping method selected and your location.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

To ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants, we expect students to:

  • Show respect towards other participants and instructors.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a class for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or disruption without a refund.
