Booking Confirmation
Full payment is required to confirm your spot in any workshop. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details. Participants must meet the age requirements listed on the class booking page.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your booking at any time, however we do not offer refunds or exchanges on bookings (30 days or less from the workshop start date) should your circumstances change and you are no longer able or willing to attend. However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded, and you are entitled to a refund if the service is not provided as described or is defective.
No-Shows
No refunds or rescheduling for no-shows on the day of the workshop.
Workshop Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or a rescheduled date.
Health & Safety
By booking, you agree to adhere to our safety guidelines, ensure all participants meet age requirements, and are fit to attend.
