Meet Taylor
The Adelaide School of Woodwork began with Taylor, a passionate woodworker who believes in the joy of creating something meaningful with your hands. After years of working with wood, Taylor wanted to share that experience with others, leading him to start the school. His goal was simple: to make woodworking accessible and enjoyable for everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned woodworker.
Taylor’s vision goes beyond just teaching woodworking—it’s about creating a space where people can connect, learn new skills, and enjoy the satisfaction of making something real. From guiding beginners through their first project to helping experienced woodworkers refine their techniques, Taylor and his team are here to inspire and support.
A big part of our mission is introducing woodworking to the next generation. Our kids' woodworking classes are designed to be fun, engaging, and educational, allowing children to explore their creativity while learning valuable skills. With hands-on projects and take-home kits, we’re making woodworking an exciting adventure for young makers.
In addition to our classes, we’re proud to partner with Harrison’s Hardware - our dedicated retail arm offering a curated selection of quality woodworking tools and supplies. Whether you’re choosing the right timber or hunting for the best tools for your next project, Harrison’s is here to help.
Whatever stage you’re at in your woodworking journey, we’re here to support you and help bring your ideas to life.
